The Conectando Caminos por los Derechos (CCD) program supports the transition between humanitarian aid and medium- and long-term development for Venezuelan migrants, Colombian returnees and host communities in Colombia.

Conectando Caminos por los Derechos is implemented by a consortium comprised of Pact, ABA-ROLI, Freedom House and Internews.
It operates in metropolitan areas with the largest migrant populations such as Riohacha, Maicao, Cúcuta, Bucaramanga, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Cali, Medellín, Bogotá, Pasto and Ipiales, between the months of May 2020 and April 2024.
