ORCA

The Anti-smuggling Registration and Control Observatory - ORCA is a tool for the control and consolidation of national information related to the fight against smuggling of products subject to excise tax.

Its purpose is to enable the Anti-smuggling Task Forces, attached to the departmental collection offices, to record, consult and keep updated all the information related to the monitoring, control, inspection and inspection activities carried out in the fight against smuggling in each of the territories.
